Our organization, a fully mechanized one, has been in business as Constructors Contractors for a period of 15 years. As we growth we became members several professional and contractors associations; in this firm we have four divisions: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Service & Maintenance. We have the support, personnel and equipment to handle all facets of the work. At this time, we are up to execute any size job due to our supervision, management and cost accounting procedures, having QA/QC in mind. Also our capacity is well diversified.

As the leading local multidisciplinary constructor in the island, we provide Total Construction Solutions to a wide range of clients with our in-house civil, electrical and mechanical engineers, expert planners and construction managers. We continually strengthen our capabilities and ensure total client satisfaction by maintaining our leadership in innovation, safety, quality compliance, and project cost/time control.

Company Profile.

We have never defaulted on a contract, nor has any partner of officer of this organization been involved with other entities that have failed to complete a contract, having done jobs for mayor industrial and manufacturing firms, government entities & private sector. We are dedicated to our clients and respond quickly with respect to service and standing behind our work.

We are registered under Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to perform projects in Federal facilities and Department of Defense (DoD) we are registered in the General Administration Services Registry and in the General Pharmaceutical Registry Board for industrial jobs.

Projects are scheduled and controlled by means of critical path management. We use several software solutions for drawing and management lie TEKLA®, Autodesk®, and BIM®, Primavera® and MS Project® among others

Insurance & bonding is carried throughout United Surety & Co. by Mr. Javier Santiago Esq., CPA: (787) 273-1818 our bonding capacity is over $5,000,000.00 and our broker is Colonial Insurance, Inc.

Our engineers are licensed by State Department and members of CIAPR, our refrigeration technicians are licensed by “Junta Examinadora de Técnicos de Refrigeración y Aire Acondicionado de PR” and by the Environmental Protection Agency. The electricians are licensed by the “Colegio de Peritos Electricistas de PR”. PR OSHA, Puerto Rico Occupational Safety & Health Academy certified all our personnel and heavy equipment operators.

In addition to fully equipped mechanical devices we have Earth moving equipment, welding equipment, testing tools, scaffolding, on site field management and inspection office trailers and warehouses and a well-maintained vehicle fleet.
